Tanya over at the Motherwear Blog is running a new contest to gather up great nursing tips and advice for the Motherwear catalog.

If you send us a tip of your own, and if Motherwear uses it in a catalog, they'll send you a $25 gift certificate.

Here's what you do:

1) Browse the section of nursing tips on Motherwear's website, and then write your own.

2) Email your tip to me (Tanya) using the "email me" link on the sidebar to the blog. Include your home address and telephone number so that we may contact you with any questions.

3) Send your tip to me no later than noon EST on Friday, January 19th (that's tomorrow).

Go check out the full post. It includes links to the existing tips (so that you don't duplicate) and has Tanya's email address so that you can send your tips in.
