I found a great substitute for Nutella (it has partially hydrogenated oil) at Whole Foods. It is called Coco Hazelnut Spread (Whole Foods brand) and does not have the "bad" oil. Just an FYI

You can buy them on ebay, from some sites online, or if you live near an area with a strong asian population, you can often find them in person.<BR/><BR/>Seattle, boston and San Fran all have great bento shopping. hi, i have just subsribed to the goggle search for bento and was pleased to stumble on your blog. Thanks for those ideas. I cant imagine how you could pack so many bento meals for so many kids. I have to pack for only one kid (i have 2) and i am out of ideas most of the time !

oh, i just read the 2nd post and realise you have 2 kids. its just that you packed 2 or 3 tier lunchbox, I had thought that's for 4 kids or so. I normally use one tier bento box. will visit more for ideas. thanks for sharing !!
