I won't say it's a "good" book because it's a difficult read, but it does a great job of exploring the problems (and the good things) with Obstetrics and even does some analysis of how we might fix them.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;As for how the trailer is done...well...remember, it's a trailer.
