Would you believe I've made it through the entire school year packing bentos at least 3x/week for Jonny and Gracie? (We do hot lunches 2x/week, when I remember to turn the order in on time.) Of course, I didn't keep up with it for myself! I've been back to buying almost every day for awhile now. Hey Jennifer,<BR/>Glad to hear from you!<BR/>I wouldn't worry about packing veggies in their lunches. As long as you are exposing it to them at home, they will eventually try it. It is easier to control waste that way too. My kids love eating frozen mixed veggies (although that doesn't work for on the go). This is the only way my three year old will eat green beans.
