I am not pregant but I can dispense milk. I have a brain tumor and it is not cancerous. I have had it for 4 years now. Very healthy women in her 40's and have excess milk that might be useful. This is one of the conditions that comes with the tumor. I do not take medication for it and has not got bigger in the four years.

It's the only one listed in Mexico, but if you don't live near Xalapa, maybe if you called them they might know of a milk bank closer to you.
